Shipping Returns


  • At Finla.in we are committed to delivering your orders in time and in good condition, we use reputed express companies like DTDC, XpressBees etc. to ship your orders.
  • We offer Free Shipping in India and we normally ship your orders within 2-3 working days. However, if your order is customized, shipping will take up to 10 days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you via email if it exceeds 7 days.
  • We ship on all days except Sunday and National holidays. and your order will reach you through the express companies as per their delivery schedule and depending on the delivery address.
  • In order to provide good service and timely and efficient deliveries, please give us a clear and complete shipping address with contact telephone/mobile numbers at checkout.
  • In case you would like to change the shipping address you have specified while placing the order, you can send us a message at [email protected] clearly mentioning your order number and we will try to accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched from our end.
  • Please check if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, and refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or and call our Customer Care email id [email protected] or log on to www.finla.in/feedback, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
